1/2 Day Guided Trip

Fishing a Tide. Our most popular charter. Fly fishing in the Low Country revolves around the tide and most of the time a of a certain tide on a given day makes for the best fishing of that day.

3/4 Day Guided Trip

A little longer. Some times you just don’t want to leave the water, because the bite is too good, the conditions are too nice, etc… Because we don’t double book, except in extreme conditions, we can make sure that we will be able to stay out on the water when those times arise.

Full Day Guided Trip

Fish both tides. A day often has two tides that will fish very well, a low tide for reds and a high for tails or a morning of slick water for Cobia with a tide that will work nice for reds later on.

I recently completed day trips with both Capt. Tuck Scott and Shannon O’Quinn. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable about the fishery, put me on fish even in less than ideal circumstances, and had patience with a novice fly angler. Both guides and the shop were very accommodating/communicative and professional. I’d recommend both guides and outfit without hesitation.

We booked 2 half-day guided trips with light tackle through Bay Street Outfitters. Our guides were Captains Tuck Scott and Shannon O’Quinn. Both were knowledgeable, professional and personable. More importantly they knew the waters and where to find redfish. Although we’ve experienced many guided redfish charters over the years, we still consider ourselves novices. These two guides really went out of their way to share their knowledge about the fish, techniques, reading the water and historical information about the area. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely request these guides again on our next trip to Beaufort. Gary and Connie K. Sunset Beach, NC.
